To become part of the ATSS offering, the following
selection process needs to be fulfilled:
Residence certificate
Medical Certificate
ID
Tax Number
Military Declaration
Criminal Certificate
Police Certificate
Take Note of the Following
Applicants are required to complete a basic competency test. If they are successful in this process, they are invited to an interview with the relevant senior management. If they are selected, electronic fingerprints are taken for ITC and criminal checks. Only once they have completed this process successfully will they receive an offer to join our company.

CUSTOMIZED TEAM TRAINING
As part of their induction, employees are introduced to ATSS company policies and learn to use them.
The induction programme focuses on (but is not limited to) the following areas:
- Company history and structure
- Company policy and procedure
- South African security legislative requirements
- Customer service
